CEO and Founder
Anne Babalola is an experienced HR consultant and cultural transformation expert with over a decade of experience in people operations, workforce planning, and strategic business partnering. Known for her people-centric mindset and leadership excellence, Anne specialises in creating inclusive environments that foster growth, engagement, and organisational success.
Her work in the last decade is within both private and public section and spans UK employment law, employee relations, D & I, training and leadership development and most recently facilitating individual and team coaching using Gallup Strengths tools.
Anne is a Chartered Member of CIPD and a certified Neuro-Linguistics Practitioner and Gallup Strengths Coach.
